This includes connection and technical data — your IP address, approximate country or region, browser type, and device characteristics — which we use for connectivity, language defaults, and abuse prevention; technical identifiers derived from your device and connection, which help us keep previously banned users out; reports submitted by other users; and your on-site preferences (such as language and chat settings), which are stored locally on your device rather than on our servers. Using Chaturro does not require creating an account, and we never ask for your name, phone number, or postal address.
How We Use Your Information
The information described above is used to operate the service (establishing chat connections, matching you with chat partners, and remembering your preferences), to keep the community safe (enforcing our Terms of Service, preventing spam and abuse, and applying temporary or permanent restrictions), and to understand aggregate usage of the site — such as how many people are online or which pages are most visited — so we can improve it. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

To maintain Chaturro as a safe, welcoming space free from spam, bots, and inappropriate content, we employ state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. Sign in with Google
Chaturro does not require an account. In specific situations — for example, when you connect from a network associated with anonymizing services — we may ask you to verify yourself by signing in with your Google account. When you do, Google shares basic profile information with us: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We keep only the account identifier, which we use to confirm your verification and to enforce our Terms of Service. We do not store your name, email address, or picture, we never post anything to your Google account, and this information is never sold or shared with third parties. Chaturro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies

Push Notifications

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Chaturro: a content delivery and security network (Cloudflare) that serves the website and protects it from attacks, and Google services for aggregate usage analytics and for the optional sign-in described above. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of our users.
Data Retention & Deletion
Connection data and technical logs are kept only for as long as they are useful for the purposes described in this policy and are then deleted automatically. Records related to the enforcement of our rules are kept for as long as needed to keep the restriction effective. Because conversations are not stored on our servers, there is no chat history to retain or delete.

You can use Chaturro without creating an account, clear your locally stored preferences at any time by clearing your browser data, and disable notifications from your browser settings.
